Diane has been an integral part of Tiger’s Client Service Team since 2011. You may recognize her pleasant voice when you call to book and inspection; our clients share that Diane is very thorough, efficient and friendly. You can hear her smile through the phone. As a model for customer service, she also trains our new office team members.
With her technical expertise she is also our IT specialist assisting coworkers and, at times, our wonderful customers with technology troubleshooting.
Diane lives in Branford with her husband Jim of 28 years and their three children, two cats and a dog. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, taking walks, and make chocolates for the holidays.
