I can’t recommend Art Dietric highly enough! He is incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about his clients and the outcome of their home purchase.
What really sets him apart is that he doesn’t simply walk through a home, point out problems, and hand you a report. He takes the time to inspect everything carefully, explain what he finds, answer questions, and educate you along the way. He goes the extra mile to make sure you actually understand the home you’re buying and what to watch for in the future.
His knowledge and expertise are impressive, but what I appreciated most was his willingness to share that knowledge with his clients. He gives you the tools and understanding to continue utilizing what you’ve learned long after the inspection is over.
You can tell that he takes great pride in his work and truly has his clients’ best interests at heart. If you’re looking for a home inspector who is thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely invested in helping you make an informed decision, I highly recommend Art. He goes far beyond what you would expect from a typical home inspection, and his expertise is invaluable!
Art is simply the best in his profession!!
