Have used Tiger twice personally and have numerous friends and family members that have used them and we have never been disappointed. They are very thorough and get their reports to us immediately. We had a really great experience working with Art. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to talk to throughout the entire inspection. He took the time to look closely at the home’s building components, maintenance needs, moisture intrusion, and mold. Our biggest concern was the mold issue, and Art gave us a lot of peace of mind. He explained what he found in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of our questions, and helped us put everything into perspective. We really appreciated that he encouraged us to walk through the property with him and took the time to explain things along the way. It made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. Art was patient, approachable, and clearly cared about making sure we understood what we were looking at. His knowledge and guidance gave us the confidence to continue moving forward with the home-buying process. The Tiger team was fabulous. They had my back. In addition to picking up subtle clues which revealed unbeknownst termite, rodent and mold infestation, they did thorough investigations. They were happy to educate me and answer many questions both during and after the inspections, including suggestions on how to remedy what they found. I will certainly use them again going forward.
