Our Services

I called to schedule an inspection for a home purchase. They sent Art and Amber to look at the house and take well water samples the very next day. Everyone was on time, courteous, professional, and easy to talk to. They answered all my questions in real-time. Very pleased.

As a licensed home inspector moving from New Mexico to Connecticut, I was naturally wary about trusting another company to inspect my future home. Luckily, I found Tiger. Their team far exceeded my expectations. Their incredible attention to detail not only saved me money but also gave me complete peace of mind knowing they cared for my interests as if they were their own. I opted for every additional service they offered, including mold, termite, and septic inspections, and I am so grateful I did. Tiger’s inspectors found key deficiencies in almost every area. My wife and I are deeply thankful to Tiger Home Inspections and would recommend them a million times over!

Extremely pleasant experience. Art was welcoming and extremely thorough and professional. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to have a home inspection done

Art was excellent with my home inspection. It is a such a confidence and intelligent person. I would strongly recommend him. Thank you very much for your work.

Very thorough and Art did a great job of explaining everything and answering any and all questions. Would recommend him to anyone!

Art was amazing, he walked me through each area of the house inspection and made sure I understood what he was seeing and was able to answer any and all my questions.

I hired Tiger Home & Building Inspections on a friend's recommendation for a home purchase in CT, and it was money well spent -- their value far exceeded the cost. I'm coming up on a year and the projects identified were all on point. Joe DeLaurentis, the president, was onsite himself along with his team, and the whole experience was professional from start to finish. The inspection was thorough and detailed, and just as importantly, they explained everything clearly afterward and helped prioritize what actually mattered. The report gave me exactly what I needed to identify necessary repairs and use them as leverage in the negotiation — it more than paid for itself. Bottom line: if you're buying a home in CT, these are the guys I'd trust to do it right.

I have nothing but great things to say regarding our latest inspection with Tiger. We have used them multiple times in the past for residential inspections and have always been more than satisfied This was our first Commercial inspection and it was top notch. Communication was great throughout, the inspection was thorough and the report was detailed and easy to read. I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.
