Commercial inspections require specialized knowledge and personnel and the ability to perform the site inspection, research data, access information and prepare a report. Compared to some home inspection companies that cross over to light commercial inspections, we have a specialized group of inspectors and industry contacts forming Tiger’s Commercial Division. Our specialists are qualified to assess buildings of many types and sizes. We are fully insured with errors and omissions, worker’s compensation and liability insurance.

A team built for your property

Tiger builds a team from our staff that is comprised of members with a variety of qualifications and backgrounds including licensed personnel in plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, engineering, and supervisory pest control. Others are specialists in antique building restoration and energy efficient construction. In addition, Tiger can draw team members from a group of pre-qualified consultants to serve specific needs. The team leader is your contact throughout the inspection process and prepares the report. We assemble the appropriately sized team required to meet our client’s inspection needs, expedite the process, and to prevent inconvenience to the owners or occupants.
