I hired Tiger Home & Building Inspections on a friend's recommendation for a home purchase in CT, and it was money well spent -- their value far exceeded the cost. I'm coming up on a year and the projects identified were all on point. Joe DeLaurentis, the president, was onsite himself along with his team, and the whole experience was professional from start to finish. The inspection was thorough and detailed, and just as importantly, they explained everything clearly afterward and helped prioritize what actually mattered. The report gave me exactly what I needed to identify necessary repairs and use them as leverage in the negotiation — it more than paid for itself. Bottom line: if you're buying a home in CT, these are the guys I'd trust to do it right.

I have nothing but great things to say regarding our latest inspection with Tiger. We have used them multiple times in the past for residential inspections and have always been more than satisfied This was our first Commercial inspection and it was top notch. We had a really great experience working with Art. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to talk to throughout the entire inspection. He took the time to look closely at the home’s building components, maintenance needs, moisture intrusion, and mold. Our biggest concern was the mold issue, and Art gave us a lot of peace of mind.
