Why Tiger?

Art was great! He explained everything in detail and demonstrated several things. Our report was delivered quickly and it was super thorough!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **Highly recommend Tiger Home Inspections!** Patrick was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly to my husband and me. We appreciated how patient he was while walking us through his findings, and he made sure we understood what mattered most and why. What stood out most was the **unbiased assessment**—he didn’t try to upsell or scare us with unnecessary concerns. Instead, he provided honest, practical information so we could feel confident about the home’s condition. Overall, the inspection felt professional, detailed, and reassuring. We’re very grateful for the time Patrick spent and would absolutely recommend Tiger Home Inspections to anyone looking for peace of mind.

Recommended by our real estate agent. They communicated very well and the inspector was very helpful. He explained everything to us and was very thorough. I would definitely use them again.

Art, did a great job going over everything. Didn’t miss a thing, thank you so much sir!

Brett came to inspect a house I am purchasing. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided me with great information about the condition of the home and advice for home maintenance. He took his time and was thorough and answered all of my questions. Easy to book online as well, which was very convenient, as I was on a tight timeline. Very pleased with the service. Would recommend!

Very professional and thorough

Art was incredible 11/10, highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Art Dietric highly enough! He is incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about his clients and the outcome of their home purchase. What really sets him apart is that he doesn’t simply walk through a home, point out problems, and hand you a report. He takes the time to inspect everything carefully, explain what he finds, answer questions, and educate you along the way. He goes the extra mile to make sure you actually understand the home you’re buying and what to watch for in the future. His knowledge and expertise are impressive, but what I appreciated most was his willingness to share that knowledge with his clients. He gives you the tools and understanding to continue utilizing what you’ve learned long after the inspection is over. You can tell that he takes great pride in his work and truly has his clients’ best interests at heart. If you’re looking for a home inspector who is thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely invested in helping you make an informed decision, I highly recommend Art. He goes far beyond what you would expect from a typical home inspection, and his expertise is invaluable! Art is simply the best in his profession!! Art Rose-William Raveis
