Tom was awesome. Money well spent. I bought a house 2 years ago in New Milford. The inspector(not Tiger) only spent a ½ hour at the house. It turned into a money pit. I am so thrilled that Tom was so thorough. I will recommend Tiger and Tom to anyone I know.
